## Summer Fitness Schedule Highlights
### 1. Aqua Fit
**Date:** August 27, 2025
**Time:** 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Water fitness offers a low-impact cardio workout while toning and strengthening your muscles. Enjoy the splashes and smiles as you work out in the pool! Remember to check in at the front desk and bring a towel, water bottle, and sunscreen. Please note, no classes will be held from August 4-15 due to pool closure.

### 2. Strength and Balance

**Time:** 10:30 am – 11:30 am (follow-up class)
This class caters to all levels, focusing on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving core stability, and enhancing balance. Light weights and resistance bands will be provided. Bring your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle for a well-rounded workout!
